Seamless Rain Gutter Roll-Forming Portable Machine is used in the production of the products used for collecting and discharging rain and snow water in order to protect the structures from rain water.

The Seamless Rain Gutter is a product, produced by the rollform method, which forms the coil material of various thicknesses and special properties of cold form method.

Seamless Rain Gutter Roll-Forming Portable Machine is driven by an electric motor.
The power is transmitted and the form cylinders are moved by the chain-to-gear mechanism.
This way, the material in the roll is passed between the rollers to take a shape. It is aimed to obtain a profile with thin walled "U" cross section in the mill.

The rain gutter can be formed to the desired length of the operator.

SOLID CYLINDERS (BALLS)

Form cylinders and cylinder bearing shafts are made of solid material. Cylinders never revolve with backflash.

All parts used in our machines are manufactured by us using CNC technology. All parts are produced as standard and without any error using computer aided machinery. Thus, perfect tracing is ensured on standard parts with high surface quality. Thanks to serial production model any spare part can be supplied from the stocks at any time.

 

CYLINDER SIZE

STEEL BEARING MATERIAL

Bearings of form cylinders as well as top and bottom plates of the fuse box of MISIRLI SEAMLESS RAIN GUTTER ROLL-FORMING MACHINE are made from steel material. Use of steel plate material prevents deformation and failure of screw notches that might occur in time. In addition using steel for top and bottom plates on a part like fuse box which might require fine tuning prevents screw notches from being abraded off, thus preventing tuning problems and slips.

 

 

5 Basic Principles

 

All these types of roll-form machines have five main properties which are required to produce clear and correct material in the desired cross-section, form and profile:

 

1.The roller should be at a suitable position, and it should release easily and correctly.

 

2.The machine length (heigth) should be adequate. (The length (height) of the machine cannot be shortened by more advanced technology.)

 

3.Form and drive cylinders (stations) should in an adequate number and they should revolve without backlash. Also, these should be made from an abrasion resistant material.

 

4.In order to correctly produce the material with the desired section (profile/form) the positions (coordinates) of the mechanical parts of the machine should be adjustable.

 

5.Necessary electrical and mechanical safety precautions should be taken for he machine.
