Form cylinders and cylinder bearing shafts are made of solid material. Cylinders never revolve with backflash.
CYLINDER SIZE
Clinder (ball) diameters in MISIRLI seamless channel layers are made just the right size determined based on our engineering and design know-how. All cylinders are coated in hardened chrome in order give them a longer useful life, as well as beter resistance against abrasion, corrosion and resistance.
STEEL BEARING MATERIAL
Use of steel plate material prevents deformation and failure of screw notches that might ocur in time. In addition using steel for top and bottom plates on a part like fuse box which might require fine tuning prevents screw notches from being abraded off, thus preventing tuning problems and slips.
